IMVERSE HOLOPORTED VP GLOBAL STRATEGIC PARTNERS IN BONN
« The metaverse is coming – and it’s going to be big »: The motto was the program. At the « Break New Ground » innovation conference, with the Deutsche Telekom partner companies and start-ups we presented our solutions for the era when the Internet and reality merge.
Our partner was connected live through our live 3D video software, he appeared as an hologram, so did a journalist from the Austrian public broadcaster ORF who used our technology to report as an hologram from our booth in the main Hall.
"BREAK NEW GROUND":
IMVERSE TECHNOLOGY IN THE NEWS
The excitement of immersive technology is best measured when we no longer need to visit a specialist trade show, but when a single telecom operator has the ability to bring together big tech names like Unity or Microsoft and innovative companies like Imverse.
We were proud to accept Deustche Telekom’s invitation to attend its annual « Break New Ground » meeting, where the company’s users and decision-makers came together to get a first-hand look at emerging innovations in the Metaverse.
We were in a very good position as Sven Von Aschwege, VP Global Strategic Part, ers at Deutsche Telekom AG was projected into a holographic booth to make his introduction live at the event.
A live 3D video capture software was noticed as the press present at the event used our cameras for a report.

A journalist from the Austrian Public Broadcaster ORF used Imverse Live 3D Video software to report as an hologram from our booth in the neighboring hall (C) Deutsche Telekom / Jörg Heupel

« In our conference three years ago, getting filmed in 3D was only possible as a recording, not live and with far more effort » Sven von Aschwege, Deutsche Telekom
A UNIFYING EVENT
Deutsche Telekom brought together the most innovative companies of the Metaverse future in Bonn

Imverse is one of the few players in the world with the capacity to film a person live, in 3D, without a green background, and to render its capture to scale in a device (holographic booth, 3D screen, virtual reality or augmented reality headset, virtual reality platform).
In addition to a strong network of professional partners, the event brought together the market players that matter in the Metaverse, said Deutsche Telekom, a recognition for Imverse in the field of live volumetric video software.
3D RENDERING ON 3D SCREENS
During the show, we also had the opportunity to do a number of demos, including a video rendering recorded on the morning of the show and shown on a large « Looking Glass » screen.
This demo allowed our visitors to appreciate the realism of the capture, as in our two-way 3D video call demos at AWE earlier this year.
